When expecting a new baby, the vast majority of parents want two things…a healthy and happy baby. This desire spans all cultures; excluding couples that would prefer a boy or a girl. The bad news is that health and happiness tend to be elusive qualities for children born to inefficient parents. However, the good news is that both health and happiness are natural manifestations of balance.
